Great location, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, and private entrance. The hotel is conveniently located near the main bus terminal and various attractions. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and sparkling clean. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. The private entrance gave me the freedom to move in and out without any hassle.

Not obvious to find.

This luxurious hotel is simply amazing. The location is perfect, situated between the bus station and the old town, making it very convenient to explore the area. The manager Enver went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. He was incredibly hospitable, kind, and always ready to help. The room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable, the bed was great, and everything was spotlessly clean. I felt safe and happy during my stay here.

Liked the central location of the hotel, as it made it easy to explore the city. The spacious rooms with modern décor and excellent service was a plus. The tour provided by the hotel was also a great way to explore different attractions at a decent cost. The hotel was definitely value for the money with all the amenities it offered.

Disliked the absence of a mini-fridge in the room which was inconvenient during the hot weather. The water temperature in the shower was not consistent and it got cold very quickly.

My family and I had a lovely stay in this hotel. the location was excellent, with both the Old Town and the bus station within walking distance. the clean rooms were equipped with comfortable beds, and the modern bathrooms had hot water with great water pressure for refreshing showers. the friendly and hospitable staff provided excellent service and offered helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants.
